Maafkanlah...

Watched Kak Nita's Raya music video of the same title and was so touched by the storyline. It's based on Kak Nita's childhood story. Sangat sedih, ok. During an interview in Era TV, Kak Nita shared with us the sad story of her childhood. Just imagine, she was 8 when she got to meet her biological father. Because of her parents' divorce she never saw her father until she was already schooling. Our eyes usually go teary watching orphans celebrating Raya with friends and guardians but in this video it's a story of a young girl who could only watch other people's happiness because she was not given the opportunity to have parents living under the same roof. They're alive, but they're not with her. It's a must watch especially for problematic parents. It's one of the answers why sometimes divorce is not the way to move forward regardless of the differences between the parents.

For the past year I have sinned a lot. I'd like to apologize to the following people whom I might have offended:

1. Pemuda pemudi yang promote credit card dekat shopping complex sebab aku selalu turn them down. I brushed them off like flies. Pantang diorang dekat, terus aku buat muka tak layan. Mintak maaf ye adik-adik, akak tau korang mencari rezeki tapi akak pun kena protect rezeki akak gak... hahaha.

2. Kengkawan office especially those in the pre-sales and sales department sebab banyak kali sangat dapat jawapan 'NO' daripada aku sepanjang tahun ni. Sorrylah, NO more kerja amal, ok. Economic recession belum kebah, aku kena berkira kaw-kaw punya.

3. Semua project manager (external dan internal) yang terpaksa deal dengan aku sepanjang tahun ni. Sorrylah sebab aku memang pandai extend deadline. Kalau korang pandai shrink timeline semata-mata nak make sure the project plan looks good to customer, aku pun kekadang terpaksa extend kan timeline tu according to actual effort just to make sure aku tak menzalimi engineers aku sendiri.

4. Semua engineer yang report kat aku sebab ada masanya aku kurang berperikemanusiaan jugak especially kalau ramai yang buat silly mistakes and degil tak hingat. Aku tak de lah garang mana tapi aku ni strict (konon). Semua yang aku buat tu sebenarnya dah dipikir dan di discuss masak-masak but then if things didn't turn out as they're supposed to, apo nak buek, ye tak? Maafkan le akak, ok?

5. Boss dan big boss aku. Nak buek camno, aku ni memang degil. Ramai orang kata 'we have to think out of the box'. Maka sepanjang tahun ni aku dah make sure we're nowhere inside the box. Apa-apa boss suggest je, aku bangkang. Macam best je jadi pembangkang ni (tapi aku dah register jadi Puteri Umno, abih camno?)

6. Ada sorang adik waiter kat kedai makan, somewhere in Subang Jaya. Akak dengan geng-geng akak ni memang demand dik, oleh kerana kau masak bihun goreng sampai 45 minit, memanglah kitorang bengang dik. Ekau cari kojo lain ajo lah.... jadi Peon ko, jadi CEO ko. Tapi, toksahlah jadik waiter. Mati kebuluran customer kau nanti, dik. Sebelum tu, kau maafkanlah akak dan geng-geng akak sekalian, iye?

7. Semua geng gossipku (yang dah lama tak bergossip). Huwaaaa tahun ni serious punya tak sempat nak berfoya-foya lah.... banyak betul commitment. Rasa macam ada anak 10 orang. Takpe, tahun depan kita akan improve our social calendar, wokeh?

Bersempena Raya ni juga aku nak mintak ampun dan maaf dekat semua viewers blog ni. Bahasa saya memang bercampur-campur, takde semangat kebangsaan langsung (saya penyokong PPSMI, remember!
