I pun dah masuk marathon leeee....

Sejak tahun 2008 dah berangan nak masuk marathon kononnya. Kalau tak silap, masa tu siap invest beli running shoes Nike yang mahal semata-mata nak training for marathon. Tapi, as usual, hangat-hangat taik ayam je... Mulanya memang rajinlah lari kat gym. Pastu, tetiba, awal tahun 2009 pregnant la pulak. Maka, berkuburlah hasrat nak train for marathon. Usahkan nak masuk yang 20KM, yang 5KM pun tak sempat join. Nak kata kecewa, takde lah kecewa sangat sebab sejak sekolah rendah pun, aku bukannya suka berlari. Lebih rela main tengteng kat koridor sekolah daripada kena pusing padang hoki 5 kali.

L-R: Me, Kak Liza, Kak Rosni and Linda
Tapi, tahun ni aku berjaya juga akhirnya join and completed a marathon, cuma bukan marathon lari-lari lah. Aku join dance marathon. Hehe. Joget-joget straight 3 jam. Lepas 3 jam tu memang rasa macam nak tercabut pinggang. Tapi, syoklah.

Walaupun tahun ni tak buat apa-apa azam (sebab malas nak fikir), at least ada jugaklah benda yang aku berjaya buat dan boleh dikenang pada hari-hari mendatang. Chewah!

Kegilaan berjoget ni muncul sejak Chinese New Year haritu, kot. Masa tu aku mula pergi zumba kat Empire. Selalunya, work out kat IOI Mall je dan join kelas sempoi-sempoi kat situ. Body Vive la, Body Pump la. Itupun seminggu sekali je kot.

Tahun lepas memang susah nak pergi gym sebab Zarif taknak duduk kat taska. Mentang-mentang mak dia hari-hari ada kat rumah, dia pun nak lepak kat rumah, layan kartun.

Oleh kerana tahun ni dia dah start sekolah kat Smart Reader, maka dapatlah mak dia pergi gym waktu pagi. Tapi, still limited to classes yang start after 9.30 dan abih around 11 ajelah. Tengah hari akak dah nak kena balik masak dan jemput bebudak ni balik sekolah, dek non! Tak boleh nak melepak kat gym lebih-lebih.

Geng-geng achik zumba kat Empire ni semua sporting dan full of life. Akupun terikut-ikut samalah.

Hahaha. Tapi, sejak aku mula zumba (dan guna dacing digital), nampaknya berat aku turun between 300-500g seminggu. Rasa macam magic lah pulak, kan? Rasa-rasanya aku takde diet ataupun makan pil buang lemak.

Kalau ikut catatan aku kat dalam henfon ni, sejak CNY aritu aku dah berjaya turunkan lebih kurang 6kg. Bila aku cerita kat geng acik-acik zumba, diorang kata, 'Walaweyh! That's a lot. More than 10 pounds oredi!' Ya, diorang tak guna sistem metrik, dik. Obvious sangat generasi mana ni, kan? Hehe.

Bermula dari situ, acik-acik ni pun dok story kat kengkawan diorang pulak aku hilang more than 10 pounds sejak join zumba. Maka, bila aku gi gym, ada ajelah orang tanya aku nak verify the news. Letih jugaklah aku nak menjawab. Diorang tanya aku amalkan diet apa. Heh. Bila masa pulak aku diet. Hari-hari masak nasik, hari-hari makan nasiklah jawabnya. Kalau tak masak kari, masak gulai lemak, kalau tak pun, asam pedas. Memang confirmlah tak dapat nak diet.

Lepas tu, akupun rajin-rajinlah research kat internet. Memang ramai rupanya orang yang dapat lose weight dengan mengamalkan zumba. At least 3 kali seminggu. So, akupun follow ajelah nasihat diorang ni. Kalau tak dapat join zumba, aku join dancing class yang lain macam Sh'bam ataupun Body Jam. Janji joget. Kelas lain aku malas sebab nampak macam tak fun je. Hehe.

Okey, melencong sikit. Kelas Body Jam tu dulu kegilaan aku jugak kira-kira 8 tahun yang lampau. Masa tu aku sanggup dari Subang Jaya, drive pergi The Curve meredah jam petang-petang untuk join Body Jam. Zaman tu aku belum sakit lutut lagi. Bila aku join semula Body Jam baru-baru ni, terasa jugalah lutut macam tak berapa boleh support. Terpaksa buat dia punya 'options' lah. Especially steps yang ada stomping ataupun lunges (Body Attack memang confirm aku takkan buat sebab banyak sangat lunges.)

Bila hampir semua dance class aku dah join semula sekarang, maka dengan confidentnya aku join lah 3 hour dance class weekend aritu. Sungguh mengejutkan sebab aku boleh tahan sampai 3 jam. Ingatkan nak pengsan after 90 minutes, tapi makin lama rasa macam makin steady je. Ni yang orang panggil fueled by adrenaline tu kot.

Selepas berjoget sakan semalam, maka hari ni aku sakit badan dan dok lepak kat rumah je. That's why lah sempat update blog ni. Kalau tak, entah aku dah pergi berjoget kat mana dah time-time macam ni.

Injury update

I hurt my right knee and my ribcage when I had a fall two weeks ago. Yeah, I fell! It's been 17 years since I last fell. I hate falling because I totally lost control over my body.
The doctor advised me not to walk or climb stairs too much. I was supposed to rest at home for 4 days with the right leg raised slightly higher whenever I lie down or sitting on the sofa. I did just that, resting at home watching TV and reading 1Q84.
On Monday, 4 days after the fall, I decided to start working and it was a stupid decision. My knee was swollen by the time I reached home that night.
So, the healing process was slow. I couldn't walk or pray properly. Driving to the office and customer's place was quite a torture.
Last Friday, the skin on my knee started peeling off. It's not swollen anymore but I couldn't climb the stairs like a normal person. I felt like a handicap.( If only they let us park our cars at the reserved OKU spots when we hurt our knees. ) I went to see the doctor for a follow up session.
This morning, I felt slightly better and tried running up the stairs. The knee didn't ache, so I suppose next week I should start going to the gym. Hehe. I think the gym misses me. ;)

Wordy Wednesday - I'm not taking my meds starting today because I can't stand the side effects

I was complaining to my hubby about the side effects I'm getting after I started taking my hypertension meds. He asked whether I'm pregnant. Huh? I told him No. I'm so sure I'm not pregnant and even if I am, I won't have those symptoms. All my pregnancies were rather smooth - no vomiting, no mood swings, no weird cravings etc.

Starting today I decided not to take the hypertension meds.

Furthermore, I'll be doing project deployments this week - less meeting room sessions. So, by right the pressure will be less. I got this feeling that my blood pressure is higher because of the long meetings. I can only focus for 20 minutes. If I had to endure a 3 hour meeting, I'll be in a very depressing state because I have to force myself to focus and look interested in the discussions (that are usually long winding and off topic). So, doing project deployment activities bring calmness to me. It's hectic, but I'll get to stay focused and motivated. Long, boring, unproductive meetings can kill people - trust me.

Side effects

I have been taking the hypertension meds for about 3 weeks now. The doctor told me that there shouldn't be any side effects but I notice that my body is reacting to it. Two days after took the meds, I started getting leg cramps in the morning just like what I experienced when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Besides that, I always feel light headed, having nausea and sometimes when I stand up too abruptly from a sitting down position, I lose my balance.

I also have problem focusing whenever I'm behind the wheels. Usually I'm quite alert when I'm on the road but under the influence of this meds, I become quite careless and sometimes drive too slowly. Other drivers honked at me a few times, I believe it was because I forgot to give indication before turning at a junction.
My mood swing also worsens. I don't get agitated (as how I usually did) but I'm never in good mood. Everything feels so bland. No excitement. Everyone I meet fails to bring out any joy. I'm usually the jovial type but now I feel like a boring old woman with nothing thrilling happening in my life.

I'm going to see another doctor this weekend, for a third opinion and to get him to confirm whether I really need the hypertension meds. Last year, another doctor told me that I didn't need them yet.

Frustasi ... part 2

Ok, I've been seeing the doctor 4 times this week. Each time my BP reading was high. She told me to rest, not eat or drink coffee before coming for the BP check and I did. But my reading remained high.

Today I did the blood tests as advised by the doctor. She needed to check my cholesterol level, blood sugar, organ condition and I also did the dreaded urine test too. Who likes urine test. Having to force yourself to pee after fasting for 12 hours is not easy. Although I did drink a few glasses of plain water before coming to the clinic but still, I hate peeing into a tiny cup in the narrow toilet.

I had a long chat with the doctor because she's trying to dig my history, my lifestyle and what could be the cause of the sudden spike in my BP. Well, can't really call it a spike as it's been high for almost a week now. I told her about my BP was at a worrying level back in 2008 but after that I took a few drastic actions to control it. Luckily I got pregnant in Dec 2008 and my BP stabilized from then onwards until March 2011. Then she started telling me to start walking at least twice a week and I told her that I actually go to the gym and do cardio, strength and sometimes weight training twice a week.

She asked about what I eat and I told her that I've been cooking dinner for at least three times a week. Other than that, we sometimes pack food or eat out. I didn't go in detail about what I cook but I do have my own checklist of the things that I allow to go into my family members' tummies. Lean meat, chicken breasts, fish, seafood and leafy vegetables have always been in my shopping list and bought twice a week as I don't want to keep those things too long in the fridge. Coconut milk and margarine are banned in my kitchen. So, no gulai lemak cili api or curry for dinner. I usually cooked the vege stir fried style or as soup. As for chicken, meat and fish, I love making assam pedas, sambal or masak kicap and all my cooking contain very little salt and sugar.

Well most of the recipes were copied from Biggest Loser website as I don't know how to count the calories if I were to come up with my own.

The doctor didn't ask about my work but she told me to change my lifestyle. Get enough rest, don't think too much about work problems, drink enough plain water and eat healthily.

Ok, now I'm so frustrated because I've been doing all those things for the past 5 years and yet my BP still skyrocket.

I decided to stop arguing and over analyzing things. The doctor prescribed me with Hypertension medicine and I have been taking it since yesterday. My next appointment with the doctor will be in a week's time. I hope the medicine works.

From high BP to brain drain issue

In 2008 I was having high BP and cholesterol problem. I did blood test, then the doctor prescribed medicines to lower my cholesterol level. When I got pregnant in Dec 2008, my blood pressure returned to normal unexpectedly which the doctor found it quite unusual. Most women my age would have higher BP during pregnancy but my in my case it was the opposite.

I was very happy as my BP remained within the normal range throughout 2009 and 2010. However, two months ago it went up again. I went to see the doctor when I had one of my gastric attacks and she made a remark that I was already at Stage 1 of hypertension.

I was unhappy mainly because I’ve been cautious with what I ate and regularly exercised. The only thing I don’t have luxury to do is getting enough sleep because Zarif still wakes up a few times at night, sometimes for feeding and most of the times he’s uncomfortable because of the heat.

We can’t put the air conditioning on high because of his asthma problems and we definitely won’t turn the ceiling fan on at night. So, he would usually wake up at least twice at night and since I’m not the type that can easily go back to dreamland, I end up getting about 4 – 5 hours of sleep only, which is so not healthy.

Work pressure could be the other factor. I have to deal with similar depressing things now as in mid 2008. The problems and the people are so similar that it felt like Déjà vu. Well, even when the doctor lectured me also felt like Déjà vu.

Sometimes I wish I could tell people to treat others better so that the number of hypertension cases in the IT industry will be less. Frankly speaking, doing IT is not a difficult job. What make things difficult and bad is always the people. Some are just too ignorant and proud to let engineers like us to negotiate on effort and timeline. Some are just plain stupid to even understand what’s going on.

The country is facing brain drain because most workers don’t go through proper skills development programs. So, the claims made about our best workers have gone to migrate to work and live in more developed countries are not completely true. After so many years of moaning and sulking over those professionals who became specialists in foreign land, it’s about time to look inwards and invest more in the resources we have in the country.

I’m not a teacher and was never involved in the local education scene but the first thing I’d do to ensure we have quality workers is to raise the bar for SPM grading. When A only stands for Average, we’ll only produce Average professionals in their respective fields. When people tell me about their nephews or nieces getting 12 or 13 As for SPM, I seriously don’t know how to react. If we’ve been having 20- 40% of the students getting straight As for SPM, then why are we still having this brain drain issues?

We all know the answer. The students aced their SPM papers because of spot questions that can be obtained so easily and memorizing past years’ exam answers. This is not only happening to SPM students, the trend continues in universities as well. Even lab results, assignments and tutorial answers can simply be copied from seniors.

So, how are we going to be an innovative nation when everything is being copied over and over again?

The losing big program starts (again) today...

I was having a serious discussion about losing all the fat accumulated during puasa and Raya with my colleague this afternoon .... in front of two large plates of pasta at Italiannies. It was either the conversation or the bread we had before the main course that we didn't manage to finish our pasta, so had to pack them. I'll be having those healthy pasta for dinner tonight. Besides the cheese, I consider pasta a healthy choice for lunch and dinner (and sometimes breakfast.. hehe).

We were discussing the best places for running. My colleague preferred the Kiara Park at TTDI while I had to be happy with running on the treadmills. My neighbourhood is not so safe for jogging and there's no recreational park in Puchong. The nearest is in Bukit Jalil.

Then we went on and on and on about the sinful foods we had during raya. My colleague was complaining that she became tired easily now and could feel her fitness level had gone down a few notches. While I could feel the extra fat building up around my mid section and thighs. I didn't dare taking my own measurement since Ramadhan, I knew I've gained whatever that's lost back in June 2010. However, the funny thing is, my weight maintains. I suspect I've also lost some of the muscles I built a few months back in all those BodyCombat and BodyPump classes. How sad...

So, now it's time to start working out and eating right again. Starting again is just as difficult as starting to be health conscious the first time. We have to take the same route but might not start at the same point. There's renewed commitment to ourselves and closer monitoring this time.

And, as if it was a sign from God, when we were walking towards the AutoPay station, I saw one of Biggest Loser Asia's participants from the first season (I think he's one of the finalists) walking with his family. I was quite sure it was him because he has this really sweet smile which was easy to recognize. However, I was surprised looking at his body. I remembered he managed to lose quite a lot of weight during the final weigh-in. Looking at him this afternoon, I thought he's gained about half of whatever he's lost back then. My colleague didn't notice him when I asked whether she saw the guy. So, I was left wondering all by myself. The BLA Season 1 ended less than a year ago... what has happened to this guy? If I slack, am I going to be just like him? Oh noooo... all the hardwork would go down the drain.... Yikes!

With that worry and realization, I committed to myself that I AM going to the gym this afternoon, right after work. Good thing is, my boss isn't here to call me up for late meetings that might take my gym time. Hooray!!!

Unwell

Zarif had another round of cirit-birit about three weeks ago. And just like any other baby, it took about 9 days for him to recover though not fully. The first 4 nights we didn't get much sleep as he would cirit every hour and I had to take 2 days' leave to care for him at home. This time we went to see the paediatrician at SJMC and luckily he was not dehydrated, so the doctor advised not to admit him but monitor him at home.
After 5 days of having free lactose formula milk and plain rice porridge seemed better. I left him at daycare on the 6th day. Although he hasn't really recovered then, the people in charge at the daycare was okay to have him there.
On the 9th day he showed a lot of improvement but the next day he had intermittent fever, he was crying throughout the night. His gum looked swollen and I suspected he's teething. The next day he started coughing and was having runny nose. At night he would wake up every two hours and cried. He refused to drink milk or plain water. Sometimes he just wanted to play with his toys on the floor. There's nothing much I could do, so I just waited until he's too tired and fell asleep himself.
The funny thing was I could wake up every morning and went to work. When I was younger (like 8 years ago), sleepless nights really took a toll on my health. This time everything is different. It's true when people say that every mother's experience is unique and every child is not the same.
I had been sleep deprived for more than 2 weeks when I suddenly felt bloated and my stomach became upset. I understood that although I could function as per normal, the body would still complain. Perhaps I was mentally stronger these days but my old tummy still showed the usual symptoms of depression and badly need good rest.
When Zarif was having his on and off fever, I was also down with gastric. I went to see our usual family doctor and she prescribed me an even stronger medicine this time. I had to take it for 10 days.
Gastric and constant headache are two most glaring signs that the body couldn't take it any more. It's signalling us to slow down and have a good rest. Since I understood the signal well, and I thought I deserve a long holiday, and now that pound is quite cheap, so I'll be taking 8 days off work to have a good rest in Lancaster during the school holidays. Yeay!!!!
No shopping this time, just resting and enjoying nature (ok, I'll really have to stick to my words as I'm bringing very little money this time).

4.5 kg and 16 cm

I'm not yet a big loser, only managed to lose 4.5 kg and 16cm so far. That's my achievement after 7 weeks into the program. I consider myself quite a disciplined woman these days; I am watching what I eat, I work out at least 3 times a week, I take the stairs, I park really far away from the office lobby (usually it's due to parking spot unavailability... hehe), I avoid fast food and carbonated drinks (though I still have my usual dosage of coffee), I make sure I get 6 hours of sleep every night and I am now reducing my carb intake (which is the hardest thing to do).

It's quite a huge achievement to lose those kg and cm. However, I still think that my biggest achievement so far was joining the gym and didn't gain weight since 2005. Once upon a time I was so frustrated and afraid that my weight will keep on increasing and I would have to buy bigger clothes every year. It took me years to find the answer and solution to that problem.

Nobody forced me to start working out. It just happened naturally. One evening, about 6 years ago I went for a walk with my ex-colleague at TTDI park. We brisk-walked for about 5 minutes, I was breathing hard. Then she started jogging. I tried to keep up with her but I found my legs refusing to listen to my commands. I couldn't even jog or walk faster, I was panting and not able to talk. That was when I realized how unfit I was and I had to do something really fast. That was the moment that I finally raised my flag, admitted that I was obese, unfit and unhealthy. After that I went brisk walking more often, played futsal and finally signed up with FF in June 2005.

I was already 31 when I signed up. It was really hard and demoralizing whenever I joined the group exercises. There were many younger and fitter people in those classes. They could run, jump and dance effortlessly. I thought I could never be like that. There was a BodyStep class that I attended with another ex-colleague. We gave up after the 2nd track. I never attempted that class again until January 2010. Well, these days it's a totally different story. I can complete the 60 minutes BodyStep without any complain or breathlessness. For me that's another big achievement.

Another motivation to keep me going to the gym regularly was knowing 2 makciks who patronized FF Wisma Consplant. One is a 60ish lady who runs her own business and comes to the gym every evening without fail. She does RPM, free weight and all the GX classes. You'd be surprise to see her in her workout pants and sports bra which reveals her mid section. She has a nicely defined abdomen, I tell you. Although her facial skin looks pretty sagged but her abdomen makes many look in envy.

The other makcik is an Indian lady who looked like in her mid 50s when I first met her. She worked nearby. I've written about her once, a few years ago (yeah, she's the makcik with the flying bra... hahaha). She's also at the gym every evening. I haven't seen her for awhile as I was pregnant last year and decided to go to IOI most of the times this year. It was a really nice surprise when I saw her a few weeks ago. She looked like as if she lost 10 years of her age. Seriously, she looked 40. Although I never got to know her real age, she must have managed to turn back the clock and look a lot younger these days.

These makciks are working out regularly. Not sure whether they're taking any supplement but they surely look healthy and happy. That's exactly what I want to be when I'm in my 60s, insyaallah. Working out, eating healthy and the other physical maintenance are not just meant for losing weight and looking good. They're a way of life and Alhamdulillah... I think I'm on the right track. So, let's sweat at least 3 times a week, people.

Alasan-alasan....

I haven't updated since new year.... hehehehe. What a way to start the new year, eh?
So, I've been pretty busy with work, family etc. There's a huge change at work and we're in the midst of the transition. A structural change might not be welcomed by most people, but I like it. New function comes with new job scope. New job scope means new responsibilities. More responsibilities can always be used as the reason to be more demanding.... hehehehe. Now, let's think like a Diva and think of what else I could ask from the boss (dapat tak dapat, belakang cerita la kan..... janji mintak... hehehehe).
Spill over of projects from Nov and Dec 09 are also causing me to be busier than usual. Ever since I returned from my maternity leave I found myself surrounded by work. I just couldn't understand it. Was I over committing or have I been taking my own sweet time during the pregnancy?
Well, another thing that has been keeping me super busy is this Biggest Loser Asia. Not the TV program..... the online Biggest Loser Club Asia PROGRAM! Yup, I'm paying them money to learn on how to eat and exercise right so that I could shed a few pounds.
One week into the program, my eating habit still doesn't change. It's just that I binge less and always avoid second helpings. My weigh in day is tomorrow. I'll probably check my weight early in the morning. The target set for my program is to lose 0.5 - 1kg in a week. It's pretty reasonable for somebody who has a desk job and always takes the elevator (even when I only need to go 1 floor up). The best part is the menu plan. It resembles my daily menu - only that it recommends healthy recipe and how to substitute food. Taking up this program didn't shock my whole system and I'm beginning to enjoy it.
Why it's keeping me busy? Well, one of the features is the Diary where I have to jot down everything I eat and every exercise I did in a day. It will later do a calculation of IN and OUT energy. My target is to have a negative 3500 kCalorie everyweek in order to achieve my target weight. There's a lot of Maths to be done and a lot of Calories to be burnt.
I'm giving my 6 months' commitment for this. I have to make it work, or else ... or else.... or else what, eh? Or else just stay fat as usual lah... hahahahaha.....!!!!
You see, it's not that I'm not determined or what. I just don't enjoy pushing myself to the brink. Perhaps that's why I'm still happy although I'm not a size 8 (yet!).

More focused

This has been long overdue. I've been planning to have a blog dedicated to health, fitness and women issues since 2006. That was when a few of my friends (including me) started becoming more health conscious after a friend was diagnosed with cancer.

I put if off many times as I didn't really have a lot of material to publish.

Now that I'm struggling (again) with weight and body image, I decided it's about time to make it happen.

So, last night, as I was cuddling the baby to sleep I started a new blog (see, I told you I'm a good multitasker...!)
Here's the URL: http://greysneakersdiaries.blogspot.com

I haven't really finalized what should or should not go there but basically it's going to feature a lot of food (hahahaha).... healthy food lah, recipes, gym stories, health issues, women issues (not including janda gossips) or perhaps exercise equipment.

It should also become my online documentation on my own health condition and my endless struggle to lose weight. I think it's going to benefit a lot of readers.

So, don't forget to bookmark my health and fitness blog yeah? Have a wonderful weekend people!

Cerita pasal high BP la pulaaaak....

I found out I have high blood pressure in July this year, two weeks after my 34th birthday. The doctor asked me to come to the clinic for three days in a row. When my BP remained high, the doctor recommended me to take a blood test.

Initially the doctors suspected it was caused by work or relationship pressure, but after taking 1 day leave, pampered myself at the spa and went for a retail therapy didn’t seem to help lower my BP, the doctor suspected it must’ve been caused by other factors. Internal organ problems could be among them. The bad news was, according to the doctor if I was having high BP because of hereditary factor, it would be difficult to treat. Well, at least 2 of my brothers have it, as well as my mom. My late father and grandmy also had it. *Sigh*

I took the blood test but only went to get the results after I came back from my vacation. Seriously, that was one of the stupidest things I ever did in my adult life. But, I just didn’t want anything to spoil my holiday mood.

Before the doctor knew what was wrong with me, she immediately put me under her weight management plan. It was a 5 minutes lecture on healthy living and eating nutritious food. And she told me to lose 10 kg in 4 months. Yeah, my jaw just dropped and I felt like banging my head on her computer monitor because I knew how impossible that was. I lost a few kgs between May and July because I started swimming. But to lose 10kg more in just 4 months? Wow, that’s a challenge.

So, after I came back from my week long vacation, I paid the doctor a visit to know my blood test result. As I expected, it was due to high level of bad cholesterol. It’s supposed to be quite a bad news but I found myself thanking god because it was not caused by the other factors. I have a work colleague who had high BP and after some time, he found out that he was having kidney problems.

Since the cholesterol level was quite high, the doctor had to prescribe me some medicine which could cause drowsiness. After 4 months, I will be going for another blood test.

Meanwhile, I was advised to stop taking oily, creamy and fatty food. I had to strike out all of my favorite food. No more fine-dining, extended coffee sessions and Ramadhan buffet! Steamed vege, fish and chicken are the best food for me for the time being. So far, I tried to follow the doctor’s advice, but if my only buka puasa choice was from the Pasar Ramadhan there’s not much healthy food I could find there. Had to be happy with Laksa Penang, bubur lambuk (tapi ada santan jugak) and tauhu sumbat.

On top of all that, I’m now taking Herbalife. At least it helps to reduce the hunger and cravings. At the same time, I finally managed to shed some more weight. I’ll probably manage to meet the 10kg reduction targeted by the doctor. So, after Aidilfitri I will update my experience with Herbalife. Thanks to Ku_E for the recommendation and guidance. Have a blessed Ramadhan everybody!
